Job Summary

Apply both quantitative and qualitative research methods and techniques to explore and identify unmet needs to serve the process of finding and developing new ideas. Manage and implement qualitative and quantitative research projects according to R&D innovation process contributing to achieving outstanding product development in the market.

Job Responsibilities

  • "Develop & Implement qualitative and quantitative research methods and practices that are aligned with the business objectives and needs of each industry
  • Directly conduct and organize some qualitative and quantitative research - including recruitment, interviewing/moderation, collecting and analyzing data. "
  • Analyze and provide reports that include insightful information and actionable recommendations to relevant departments and senior leaders
  • Independently implement qualitative and quantitative research projects
  • Work closely with market research partners to ensure project progress and quality
  • Support other tasks to help team members to ensure research objectives meet and align with the company's business objectives and results
  • Other requirements: At least  3-5 years of equivalent experience

  • Knowledge of Statistics Programs/language (R,SPSS, Xlstat etc.)
