1. CV Screening

Find the position that match with your unique expertise and abilities. Then submit your CV – remember, brevity and clarity capture our attention! Then we will send you the aptitude test to measure the IQ/EQ and problem-solving abilities of candidates to ensure they match the requirements of the role.

2. Online Test

The online test is to assess a candidate’s analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills within a realistic business context. This 48-hour case study format provides an opportunity to observe how candidates approach complex situations, manage time, conduct research, and articulate solutions.

3. Business Case

This assessment is to measure candidates’ collaborative skills, team dynamics, problem-solving abilities, and presentation techniques within a real-world business scenario.

4. Final Interview

This final round is to dive deep into a candidate’s compatibility with the company’s values, long-term aspirations, technical proficiency, and personal attributes.
