Job Summary

  • Manage the drafting of documents, issue and ensure that standards correctly and fully reflect control indicators, value levels, and analysis methods for each type of raw materials, components, and components.
  • Manage the progress of innovation projects and manage the collection of information and analysis of risks throughout the entire product development research chain. Ensure that new products launched on the market fully meet legal and quality requirements.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage the collection of information from supplier records and standards to establish appropriate standards for raw materials, finished goods, packaging and packaging, in accordance with legal regulations.
  • Manage the collection of information from national standards, standards of leading manufacturers in the world, in-depth research documents with raw materials, raw materials, packaging, and packaging, identify key factors affecting product shelf life. Analyze 4M risks to establish appropriate standards (inspection criteria, value levels, inspection methods).
  • Collaborate with FOR, Reg, QA to accurately and fully identify factors affecting product shelf life. Ensure shelf life research is fully implemented according to DOE to ensure compliance with safety and quality requirements according to Vietnamese law and Masan standards until the end of product shelf life.
  • Responsible for connecting and receiving information, resolving problems between FOR, Micro, QA, KTCN, LAB, MPO departments with suppliers when developing new materials, expanding suppliers, or periodically evaluating suppliers, reviewing actual data. Building a basis and periodic review program.
  • Manage project progress through establishing processes, forms and data control. Ensure activities and steps of the product development process are executed correctly and sufficiently.
  • Other requirements: At least 8 years of equivalent experience
