Job Summary
Provide comprehensive sales administration, consolidate & report sales data and translation support to Head of Sales in Cambodia; ensure sales data accuracy & smooth coordination with Distributors (NPP) and effective execution of sales programs.
Job Responsibilities
A. Sales Administration & Distributor Support
- Coordinate daily operations with Distributors (NPP): order processing, delivery follow-up, claims & documentation.
- Collect, check and consolidate sales documents related to promotions, incentives, sampling, trade programs & make official dispatch.
- Support monitoring of sales programs, budget allocation and claim reconciliation.
B. Sales Data & Reporting
- Prepare daily/ weekly/ monthly sales reports (Sell-in, Sell-out, inventory, promotion performance)
- Update, cross-check and analyze sales data from Distributors to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Consolidate sales data and report to Head of Sales and relevant departments upon request.
- Support monitoring of sales programs, budget allocation and claim reconciliation.
C. Translation & Communication Support
- Provide verbal and written translation between Cambodian – Vietnamese in meetings, emails and reports.
- Act as communication bridge between Head of Sales, Sales team between Vietnam - Cambodia and internal stakeholders.
- Translate Training documents, Sales documents, reports, presentations and operational guidelines when required.
D. Other Tasks
- Perform other tasks assigned by direct manager to support sales operations.
Other Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as an assistant or similar roles.
- Proficient in both Cambodian and Vietnamese in communication and writing
- English at Basic – Intermediate (working level) is a plus.
- Being Vietnamese in Cambodia or Cambodian in Cambodia is a competitive advantage
