Job Summary

R&D Product Development plays a key role in leading Innovations who is responsible for researching technology & development to create a winning formula in the market that meets consumer needs.

Job Responsibilities

Leading & create a winning innovations that meet consumer needs.

Researching consumer needs, evaluate technological feasibility to build product descriptions & set conditions through accompanying the MKT/CTI/CMK/MA team…

Impleming product cost optimization, quality improvement, and production process optimization.

Responsible for training and develop capacity for team members to deliver the company's goal.

Other requirements: At least 5-8 years of equivalent experience
