Job Summary

R&D Product Development plays a key role in leading Innovations who is responsible for researching technology & development to create a winning formula in the market that meets consumer needs.

Job Responsibilities

Search for and evaluate potential tea leaf sources in Vietnam and the surrounding region

Develop an appropriate tea leaf extraction process to produce bottled tea products with sensory quality equal to or superior to existing products on the market

Establish quality control methods for input materials and production processes suitable for industrial-scale manufacturing

Research and build a database of raw material sources for the product

Other requirements: At least 5-8 years of equivalent experience
