• Analyze data to identify bottlenecks and propose process improvements.
• Deliver initiatives to improve service levels, cost efficiency, and inventory health.
• Work with cross-functional teams to implement digital transformation.
Leadership & Development
• Receive coaching / mentorship from senior leaders.
• Participate in hard skills training, and soft skills development.
Rotational Assignments
• Rotate departments across core Supply Chain areas.
• Take ownership of real business operations & projects in each rotation.
