Job Summary
The HR Generalist is responsible for implementing, operating, and supporting end-to-end HR activities, ensuring that employees are fully informed of, correctly understand, and properly apply HR policies and benefits throughout their employment at Masan. The role also contributes to improving HR operational efficiency, compliance, and continuous process improvement.
Job Responsibilities
2.1. HR Communication & Employee Relations
- Communicate, guide, and accompany Employees in the implementation of HR policies, regulations, and employee entitlements throughout their employment lifecycle at Masan.
- Receive and resolve employee inquiries in a timely, accurate, and appropriate manner; ensure employees clearly understand and comply with company policies.
- Act as a key HR contact point, contributing to enhanced employee experience and engagement.
2.2. HR Operations & Personnel Administration
- Manage and ensure that employee personnel records are complete, accurate, and updated promptly in HR systems.
- Ensure working conditions, employee rights, and benefit policies are applied correctly according to each employee’s job level or grade.
- Actively use and promote HR self-service systems to improve operational efficiency and employee self-sufficiency.
2.3. Compliance & Risk Control
- Ensure full compliance with all HR-related services and operations concerning the Company and employees.
- Adhere strictly to internal policies, HR procedures, and applicable labor laws and regulations.
2.4. HR Data Management & C&B Coordination
- Prepare, consolidate, and manage HR data; closely coordinate with the Compensation & Benefits (C&B) team to ensure data provided is complete, accurate, and timely.
- Support payroll, benefits, and related C&B activities by ensuring the quality and reliability of input data.
2.5. Process Improvement & Digital Transformation
- Participate in HR process improvement and digital transformation projects (e.g., SAP, Digital Office initiatives).
- Proactively identify opportunities and propose new ideas and solutions to improve workflows, operational efficiency, and HR service quality.
- Participate in and support continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., BBDG), with a focus on paperless processes, workload reduction, and productivity enhancement.
