Job Summary
- Manage and execute general business support activities for the entire department as directed by management.
- Prepare and provide regular updates and reports on business support activities
Job Responsibilities
- Receive and process information related to e-commerce business activities from direct management, product categories, and brands concerning products, pricing policies, promotional programs, and inventory. Communicate this information to internal departments and relevant partners to maintain business operations.
- Handle and coordinate goods for e-commerce business operations: plan and execute outbound/inbound orders, manage the transfer of goods between internal warehouses and distributor warehouses, plan production, and allocate inventory according to e-commerce team and brand programs
- Carry out financial and accounting activities including cost control, budget management, reconciliation and payment of expenses to partners, and debt collection/offsetting.
- Provide regular updates and detailed reports to direct management on administrative management activities
- Draft, update/edit, and manage business documents in consultation with relevant departments such as Finance, Legal, and Purchasing
- Perform other support tasks as directed by Line manager
