Job Summary
- Manage and implement business support activities of the entire department under the direction of Line Manager.
- Periodically prepare reports and update on business support activities
Job Responsibilities
- Manage the product assortment of all Masan stores on all e-commerce platforms relating to: product information & photos/ videos, listing price/ promotion program (voucher, shipping fee, gift, etc.), stock management, budget by each program based on the consolidated information from direct manager, categories and brands
- Transfer all the information above to be well aligned among the functional departments and to co-operate in order to maintain the business performance of the e-commerce team.
- Handle the goods management to support the daily activities on e-commerce platforms: plan and manage the stocks in and out among the warehouses of Masan and the business partners (distributors, agencies, etc.); manage the production & stock clearance, all based on the business plan of e-commerce team & the categories, the brands.
- Being in charge of managing finance & accounting tasks: cost & budget control, reconcialation from big pools of fragmented data, payment to the distributors/ business partners and agencies in several methods.
- Periodically update and report to direct manager about finance status and management.
- Propose, build up and improve the internal working process to enhance the individual and team performance in coordination with other functional departments
- Compose, update or revise, manage all the business documents related to the daily business activities of e-commerce team, in aligment with the approval and consultancy from relevant functional departments such as: Legal, Finance & Accounting, Procurement, categories and brands.
