Job Summary
The Compliance Manager is responsible for ensuring that the Company and its Departments/individuals comply with legal regulations and internal policies, developing and monitoring compliance policies, as well as organizing training for employees on compliance.
Job Responsibilities
Building and Implementing Compliance Policies:
- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures in accordance with the laws and internal regulations of the Companies/Departments under MCH, including but not limited to compliance activities related to operations and product quality.
- Ensure that all operations of the Company/Department comply with legal regulations and internal regulations of MCH.
Monitoring and Evaluating Compliance:
- Plan and conduct unannounced/periodic internal compliance assessments.
- Identify and clarify issues, potential violations, and propose corrective solutions.
Compliance Training
- Organize training sessions and awareness programs on compliance for employees at all levels.
- Ensure that employees clearly understand and correctly implement compliance requirements.
Compliance Consulting:
- Provide support and advice to departments regarding compliance issues.
- Address inquiries and issues related to compliance from all company departments.
Reporting Related Issues:
- Report periodically and as needed to the Legal and Compliance Director regarding the company's compliance status.
- Develop a transparent reporting system to help identify compliance risks early.
Maintain positive relationships with regulatory authorities and ensure that the company is always updated on regulatory changes.
Ensure compliance during inspections by regulatory authorities
