Sales Admin

What will you do:

  • Build and update sales support tools for the Sales team.
  • Implement and coordinate POSM to display and build brand image in channels.
  • Update Sales in/Sales out targets of Key Account at distributor / Horeca & Report DS vs Target periodically (Day/Week/Month)
  • Summary report by channel (DS, ASO, industry)/month.
  • Deploy programs and dispatches to distributors / customers.
  • Monitor customer contracts Key Account, collect payment documents.
  • Timekeeping, checking per diem expenses and supporting the team’s administrative and training operations

Requirement:

  • Graduated from College / University
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint…).
  • Good report building skills.
  • Careful, meticulous and detailed.
  • Work independently and proactively.
  • Have good spirit and supportive attitude.
  • Knowing how to use DMS/ SAP/ ERP system is an advantage.
