Legal Supervisor – Intellectual Property, Regulations & Marketing

Job Description

1. Assist in all legal activities related to intellectual property, regulations, and marketing within the organization.
1.1 Intellectual Property Management:
– Assist legal activities pertaining to intellectual property, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets;
– Assist in conducting thorough research and analysis to identify and protect intellectual property rights;
– Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement intellectual property strategies.
1.2 Regulatory Compliance:
– Stay up-to-date with laws, regulations, and industry standards related to the fast-moving consumer goods industry;
– Assist relevant departments with compliance requirements and ensure adherence to applicable regulations;
– Assist in providing guidance on product labeling, advertising, and marketing materials to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations;
– Assist in developing and implementing internal policies and procedures to mitigate legal risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
1.3 Marketing and Advertising:
– Review advertising and promotional materials to ensure compliance with advertising laws and regulations;
– Assist in advising on marketing campaigns and initiatives to minimize legal risks and ensure compliance;
– Assist in conducting legal reviews of marketing agreements, sponsorships, and endorsement contracts;
– Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement marketing strategies that align with legal requirements.
2. Assist in conducting legal research and analysis to support decision-making and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
3. Collaborate with external legal counsel and manage external relationships when necessary.
4. Perform other jobs assigned to specific projects.

Yêu cầu công việc

– Bachelor’s degree in law; a master’s degree is a plus;
– Strong understanding of enterprise and commercial law and export regulations, with the ability to apply them effectively;
– Proficiency in drafting legal documents in accordance with legal standards and best practices;
– Thorough understanding of the fast-moving consumer goods industry, including its legal and regulatory frameworks;
– Ability to collect, organize, and classify information relevant to legal matters;
– Excellent analytical, evaluative, and communication skills to effectively convey legal advice and recommendations.
