The Next Masan Talents Program is designed to identify, nurture, and develop the next generation of leaders for our organization. Centered on a holistic approach, the program offers participants a blend of on-the-job training, mentorship sessions, and strategic projects that directly impact our business. Catering to the unique fast-paced FMCG landscape in Vietnam, participants are exposed to the intricacies of the industry, allowing them to gain invaluable insights and hands-on experience. With a strong emphasis on innovation and adaptability, this program ensures that our talents are equipped with the skillset and mindset required to drive Masan Consumer’s vision forward. We open for people whom graduated with a Bachelor’s degree from a top university in any field and have less than 2 years of work experience.

Then we will send you the aptitude test to measure the IQ/EQ and problem-solving abilities of candidates to ensure they match the requirements of the role.

The online test is to assess a candidate’s analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills within a realistic business context. This 48-hour case study format provides an opportunity to observe how candidates approach complex situations, manage time, conduct research, and articulate solutions.
