The Next Masan Talents Program is designed to identify, nurture, and develop the next generation of leaders for our organization. Centered on a holistic approach, the program offers participants a blend of on-the-job training, mentorship sessions, and strategic projects that directly impact our business. Catering to the unique fast-paced FMCG landscape in Vietnam, participants are exposed to the intricacies of the industry, allowing them to gain invaluable insights and hands-on experience. We open for people whom graduated with a Bachelor’s degree from a top university in any field and have less than 2 years of work experience.
