Global (Senior) Brand Manager

About the job

Responsibility:

  • Develop and implement the marketing plan of the brands to achieve the set sales and market share targets, including consumer and market research, product and brand concept definition, product development and packaging design supervision, pricing, new product launches, monitoring of advertising campaigns, and sales monitoring.
  • Contribute to business plan development at the stage of plan implementation to develop a marketing strategy in line with the company’s vision, strategy, and goals.
  • Identify advertising goals, propose appropriate media and communications, and allocate resources for effective, economical, and suitable advertising campaigns to target consumers.
  • Adjust marketing strategies and plans to suit changes in the market and competitive situation.
  • Liaise with related departments (R&D, Finance, Sales, etc.) to ensure marketing activities are consistent with other activities of the company and in line with the overall goals of the company.
  • Supervising advertising, product design, and other forms of marketing to maintain consistency in branding.
  • Work closely with the R&D team to develop new and unique makeup and product formulations to create breakthrough innovation relevant to the expanded markets.
  • Research and study new potential global market / Research and study new potential global markets.
  • Negotiating communication with distributors in strategic markets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor graduate, preferably majoring in Marketing or Business.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar position in FMCG / Food & Beverage industry.
  • Good in marketing concept, market strategy and analysis, product development, and new product launches.
  • Must be a strong strategic thinker with a “can-do” attitude.
  • Have experience with branding and selling medications on Amazon.
  • Having experience in international business or foreign trade is a plus.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage or lead cross-functional teams.
  • Stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills are a plus.
  • Fluent in English and can communicate in other languages (Chinese, Korean…) is a plus
  • Passionate for traveling foreign countries & meeting foreigners.
