Job Summary:

Consumer Innovation Specialist is the voice of the consumers who wears the hat of consumers with empathetic and common sense. A person who has love and passion for the category.

Consumer Innovation Specialist is expected to be accountable and focus only on consumer approach.  S/he shall engage and enable Consumers in love (CiL) to talk about their concerns, suggestions, and opinions about sub-category & product to make sure potential solution is relevant to them.

Responsibilities:

• Define and recruit consumers pool who are using and in love with the product, and willing to share their thoughts, feedback without incentives.
• Engage and interact with consumer communities in across channels (in-store, social media community) to maintain active consumers-in-love pool.
• Talk/survey consumers to understand their concerns, suggestions, and opinions about product.
• Translate consumers’ feedback into actionable improvements for the product and provide valuable insights for improvement.
• Coordinate with other departments (Marketing, R&D) for product testing and evaluation.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to address consumer feedback and provide insights for improvement and innovation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or other related fields.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in customer research, customer service or related field.
• Strong understanding of FMCG market and consumers behaviour.
• Loving the category and product.
• Excellent observation and listening skills.
• Great & Empathetic communication skill (interpersonal and with consumers).
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
