Job Summary
- Develop, issue, and ensure standards that accurately and adequately define control criteria, value limits, and analytical methods for each type of raw material (RM), semi-finished product (SFP), finished product (FP), and packaging material (PM).
- Accurately and comprehensively identify the factors affecting the stability of raw materials and products. Conduct 4M risk analysis to establish appropriate standards (control criteria, value limits, and testing methods
Job Responsibilities
- Collect information from supplier dossiers and specifications to establish appropriate standards for raw materials (RMs), semi-finished products (SFPs), finished products (FPs), and packaging materials (PMs), in compliance with applicable legal regulations and/or internal and international quality control requirements.
- Gather data from national standards, leading global manufacturers’ specifications, and in-depth scientific literature related to RMs, SFPs, FPs, and PMs. Collaborate with FOR, Regulatory Affairs, R&D, and QA departments to accurately and comprehensively identify the factors impacting the stability of materials and products. Perform 4M (Man, Machine, Method, Material) risk analysis to establish suitable specifications, including control parameters, specification limits, and validated test methods.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive system for the control, archiving, and rapid retrieval of raw material and specification documentation.
- Responsible for receiving and resolving issues across departments—FOR, Microbiology, QA, Technical (KTCN), Laboratory (LAB), and MPO—when developing new materials, expanding supplier networks, or conducting periodic supplier evaluations and data reviews.
- Establish the basis and program for routine review and re-evaluation.
