Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Sales Operations Executive to join our team. Responsibilities include processing distribuotrs contracts, updating employee records, generating reports, and supporting system implementations.

Job Responsibilities

1. Work Schedule (LLV) & Travel Expenses

    • Manage work schedules and travel expense claims.
    • Timekeeping for Sales staff (PG, GSBH, KAM).
    • Update and cross-check work schedules and timekeeping for PG, SS, KAM.
    • Review travel expense claims and submit for accounting approval.

2. Tasks Related to PG & MT App

  • Handle procedures for new PGs, resignations, maternity leave, etc.
  • Load app with new PG information corresponding to responsible accounts.
  • Other PG-related tasks (overtime proposals, issuing introduction/guarantee letters for PGs at supermarkets upon request, etc.).

3. Contracts (Shelf Rental, Display, Sampling, Agreements, etc.)

  • Receive contracts from supermarkets, coordinate with internal teams (Accounting, Legal, etc.) to complete procedures and submit signed documents back to supermarkets.

4. Payment Documentation for Supermarkets

  • Receive documents and coordinate with internal teams (Accounting, Legal, etc.) to complete payment procedures for sales support, display rentals, etc., for supermarkets.

5. Administrative Tasks

  • Compile lists for vacations, health check-ups for MT Sales team, and manage gift distribution during holidays/festivals for SS up.
  • Summarize monthly expenses for travel, phone, flight tickets, etc., for MT team.
  • Book flight tickets and company cars for KAM up business trips upon request.
