Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior Sales Operations Executive to join our team. Responsibilities include processing distribuotrs contracts, updating employee records, generating reports, and supporting system implementations.
Job Responsibilities
1. Work Schedule (LLV) & Travel Expenses

- Manage work schedules and travel expense claims.
- Timekeeping for Sales staff (PG, GSBH, KAM).
- Update and cross-check work schedules and timekeeping for PG, SS, KAM.
- Review travel expense claims and submit for accounting approval.
2. Tasks Related to PG & MT App
- Handle procedures for new PGs, resignations, maternity leave, etc.
- Load app with new PG information corresponding to responsible accounts.
- Other PG-related tasks (overtime proposals, issuing introduction/guarantee letters for PGs at supermarkets upon request, etc.).
3. Contracts (Shelf Rental, Display, Sampling, Agreements, etc.)
- Receive contracts from supermarkets, coordinate with internal teams (Accounting, Legal, etc.) to complete procedures and submit signed documents back to supermarkets.
4. Payment Documentation for Supermarkets
- Receive documents and coordinate with internal teams (Accounting, Legal, etc.) to complete payment procedures for sales support, display rentals, etc., for supermarkets.
5. Administrative Tasks
- Compile lists for vacations, health check-ups for MT Sales team, and manage gift distribution during holidays/festivals for SS up.
- Summarize monthly expenses for travel, phone, flight tickets, etc., for MT team.
- Book flight tickets and company cars for KAM up business trips upon request.
