Job Summary
Maintain and implement the Safety Health, Environmental and Social Management System (SESS) according to Masan Consumer (MCH)'s laws and regulations, to relevant departments/functions.
Job Responsibilities
- Advise the company's ESHS board on legal issues on Health Safety, Environment and Society that may affect business operations
- Coordinate daily and periodic safety, hygiene, and 5S inspections, identify hazards, unsafe conditions, unsafe work/practices, and environmental incidents
- Control and coordinate the implementation of inspection work to comply with legal requirements for equipment with strict requirements, safety training programs according to the law
- Ensure compliance with Vietnamese legal requirements on Environmental Health and Safety
- Coordinate with relevant departments to implement legal requirements for Chamber of Commerce projects on environmental health safety and fire prevention.
- Coordinate to carry out periodic health checks according to the law
