Job Summary
The Procurement Supervisor is responsible for strategically sourcing, contracting, and managing the company's Services/ MRO/ Capex supply to support production and business objectives.
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure that the supply of Services/ MRO/ Capex for the company is executed according to the 7Rs: right type - right quantity - right time - right place - right quality - right price - right service (payment methods, trade regulations, accounts receivable, etc.).
- Classify, evaluate, and maintain current suppliers using a specific scoring system according to MPO standards, while also successfully developing new and capable suppliers.
- Procurement Process Management: Ensure the procurement process is executed correctly and in compliance with the company's internal rules and procedures, including identifying procurement needs, supplier search, contract negotiation, order management, and post-purchase performance monitoring.
- Manage Purchase Orders according to the QUOTIF standard (QU - Quality: Meets required quality, OT - On Time: On time as required, IF - In Full: Full quantity as required) for any new Purchase Requests that arise during the year.
- Monitor the implementation of contracts/purchase orders, and resolve any issues that arise during the supplier's contract execution to ensure on-time delivery.
- Analyze the market and control the supply sources to ensure the availability of Services/ MRO/ Capex both in the present and future.
- Proactively share information and connect with other departments in handling issues related to delivery and quality.
- Perform settlement and handle issues related to records, procedures, delivery, receipt, contract termination, and coordinate with the accounting department to complete payments to suppliers.
- Report the work results and improvement proposals to the Procurement Director.
Other requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in an equivalent position at FMCG or food manufacturing companies is a major advantage.
- Knowledge of procurement, with understanding and awareness of the services/ raw materials/ packagings marketplace.
