Job Summary
R&D Microbiology is responsible for researching methods and ensuring safety in the product development process for all catergory.
Job Responsibilities
Coordinate with the Lab to learn and test methods related to microbiology. Carry out research, analysis and evaluation at the lab scale, ensuring new formulas are microbiologically safe in the company's products.
Take samples to assess microbiological risks from raw materials to finished products
Maintain and maintain storage conditions for the company's food microbial strain collection (isolate microbial strains, ensure preservation of microbial strain collection)
Coordinate with QA, Technical Inspection, Production departments... Resolve issues related to food safety and hygiene from raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products ensuring GMP and GHP in accordance with company standards.
Follow closely and directly participate in testing and technology transfer processes to the factory
