Job Summary
The Legal Supervisor is responsible for supporting the Company, Departments, and Individuals within MCH in ensuring compliance with legal regulations and internal policies, as well as to develop and monitor compliance-related policies.
Job Responsibilities
1. Authorization Management and Execution
1.1. Periodic Authorizations
– Coordinate the issuance of standard authorizations every two years for designated focal points across MCH subsidiaries.
1.2. Ad-hoc Authorizations
– Execute case-specific authorizations (e.g., inspections, promotions, court hearings).
– Ensure:
• All supporting documents are reviewed (e.g., invitations, contracts, decisions).
• Scope of authorization is clearly defined and confirmed with the requestor.
• Flexible processing timelines depending on urgency.
2. Review & Upload Internal Policies and Procedures
– Review all internal policies/procedures submitted by departments to ensure proper formatting, content, and hyperlinks.
– Update the “MCH Document Tracker.”
– Upload to the internal system and notify relevant stakeholders.
3. Legal & Internal Document Commentary
– Handle feedback on draft Laws, Decrees, or internal regulations relevant to MCH operations.
– Depending on the document type, tasks include:
• Providing content feedback and editing wording
• Preparing official comment letters or online feedback forms
• Coordinating closely with direct supervisors for review and approval
4. Legal Reporting & Administrative Coordination

+ Onboarding Procedures for New Employees
+ Internal Document Archiving.
+ PR Booking for Legal Department Expenses
5. Other Tasks
– Carry out ad-hoc assignments as delegated by the direct supervisor or other management levels.
Other requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in legal affairs and equivalent positions at consumer goods manufacturing and trading companies.
- Strong understanding of enterprise/commercial law and export regulations, with the ability to apply them effectively.
- Proficiency in drafting legal documents in accordance with legal standards and best practices.
