Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team. Key Account Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operation within a designated geographic area, ensuring achievement of sales targets, and managing a team of sales representatives.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage Sales Team to achieve growth and sales targets
- Define and Implement Sales Strategy to expand customer base and ensure business coverage
- Responsible for recruiting, assigning targets, training and monitoring the performance of Sales Team
- Build and develop long-term customer relationships
- Build and optimize Sales Process from Planning to Closing Sales
- Identify potential markets and market fluctuations; At the same time, always update the situation of competitors and new products
- Report on Business Results, revenue and expenses; make forecasts to the Board of Directors
