Job Summary

Responsible for conducting in-depth analysis of production and business operation data extracted from ERP, MES, DMS, and other operational data systems within MCH to proactively identify compliance risks and fraud risks that have occurred, are occurring, or may potentially arise across the entire MCH system and its affiliated entities. The role directly performs or coordinates investigations and verification activities when suspicious indicators are identified, while also proposing appropriate risk prevention and mitigation measures tailored to the specific characteristics of each functional area, including Manufacturing, Procurement, Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance & Accounting.

Job Responsibilities

1. Data Analytics & Risk Identification

  • Conduct data analytics on ERP, MES, DMS, and other operational systems to identify business, operational, compliance, and fraud risks.
  • Apply forensic analytics techniques to detect anomalies, irregular transactions, and potential misconduct across Manufacturing, Procurement, Sales, Supply Chain, QAQC, and Finance functions.
  • Perform data reconciliations across multiple sources (ERP/MES, inventory counts, CCTV, GPS, attendance, DMS, etc.) and maintain fraud/compliance red-flag indicators.
  • Report key findings, risk trends, and recommend priority audit or inspection areas.

2. Investigation & Verification

  • Take part in or support investigations into suspected misconduct, fraud, or irregularities identified through operational and business data.
  • Collect, analyze, and preserve digital evidence from enterprise systems to support investigations and disciplinary actions.
  • Prepare investigation reports, determine accountability, and ensure compliance with internal regulations and applicable labor laws.
  • Coordinate with Internal Audit, Compliance, Legal, IT, and business functions throughout investigation processes.

3. Prevention & Internal Controls

  • Develop and enhance control measures and compliance processes based on analytics findings and investigation outcomes.
  • Review high-risk positions, suppliers, and distributors for potential integrity and compliance concerns using system-generated data.
  • Recommend improvements to system access controls and authorization management for ERP, MES, DMS, and related platforms.

4. Reporting & Coordination

  • Provide periodic and ad hoc reports on risk analytics and investigation outcomes to Internal Security leadership.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of all information, data, analyses, and investigation results.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of Internal Security and Security Director.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, Information Technology, Management Information Systems (MIS), or other relevant disciplines related to data analytics, security, investigations, or risk management.

  • Experience: 

    • Minimum 3 years of experience in fraud investigation, internal auditing, compliance monitoring, or forensic data analytics.
    • Demonstrated experience working directly with data extracted from ERP, MES, DMS, and other operational systems within an FMCG environment.
    • Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience at audit or forensic consulting firms (Big Four or equivalent), or within internal control, corporate security, or internal security functions of large-scale manufacturing organizations.
  • Knowledge:

    • Strong understanding of fraud examination and investigation practices, including common fraud schemes and misconduct risks across Manufacturing, Procurement, Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain functions.
    • Proficient in data analytics tools, including SQL, Advanced Excel, and Power BI. Experience in handling and analyzing large datasets is preferred.
    • Solid understanding of data structures and business process modules within ERP, MES, DMS, and other operational systems.
    • Thorough knowledge of data-driven fraud detection techniques, including Benford’s Law analysis, identification of duplicate and anomalous transactions, trend analysis, and cross-system data reconciliation across ERP, MES, DMS/CRM, surveillance camera systems, GPS tracking, and attendance management systems.
    • Sound understanding of Vietnamese labor regulations, particularly the Labor Code 2019, as well as internal policies, Internal Labor Regulations, disciplinary procedures, and relevant corporate governance requirements.
    • Strong report-writing skills, with the ability to produce clear, logical, and well-supported investigation and analytical reports based on both factual data and applicable legal or regulatory requirements.
  • Other requirements: 

    Strong English proficiency is preferred, particularly the ability to read and understand technical documentation and ERP system interfaces in English.
