Job Summary

We are looking for a highly competent and experienced Innovation Planning Manager. This position will be responsible for managing and coordinating product launch/relaunch projects to ensure timelines, quality, and budgets are maintained according to the plan.

Job Responsibilities

Plan and implement a tracking network for monitoring the progress of product launch/relaunch projects, promotions and sampling

Monitor and ensure the project progress aligns with the initial objectives.

Facilitate cross-functional connections and collaboration to execute the project together.

Organize Innovation weekly meetings effectively.

Continuously update any arising issues and challenges during the project implementation process.

Analyze the root causes of issues and propose improvement solutions.

Develop Innovation projects ensuring compliance with company processes and regulations.
