Job Summary
Export Sales Operation Assistant Manager is responsible for acting as the focal point to coordinate and implement export sales support activities with the sales team to achieve the company’s overall business and performance objectives.
Job Responsibilities
Coordinate export business support activities to ensure the processes of order placement, shipment arrangement, and export documentation are completed on time and effectively.
Manage and monitor customer orders in assigned markets; compile and report monthly order statistics.
Place production orders, monitor and supervise production progress to ensure accuracy in quantity and delivery schedule.
Coordinate with customers and internal departments to arrange shipment and delivery as agreed.
Supervise, review, or directly handle export documentation (Contract, PI, PO, Invoice, Packing List, etc.); coordinate with Finance team to monitor customer payments and outstanding balances.
Monitor and promptly report to management on potential risks/incidents, and propose appropriate solutions.
Build, train, and develop the capability of subordinates under management.
Other Requirements:
- 3-5years of experience in export sales operation or international business.
- Familiarity with export regulations, documentation, and compliance.
- Understanding of global business practices and cultural differences.
