- Connecting the FnB community to bring up the brand name.
- Supporting and advise on product strategy for the New Channel Department.
- Hiring, training and managing The Regional Chef of MSC
Be the Nationwide Brand ambassador for B2B dept.
Job Responsibilities
1. Research and develop recipe and applications for Key Accounts.
2. Research, develop and lead New Food Trends for Market.
3. Create demand and needs for the market by the MSC’s products.
4. Bring the food & bevarage Solution for Key Accounts.
5. Build relationships between Chefs and chef associations.
6. Create a legacy for using the MSC's products by sposor young chef & culinary schools.
7. Give advise product strategy for The New Channel Dept.
8. Managing The Regional Chef.
9. Training the Culinary knowledge & skill for all member in MSC, esp. Sales Team & Chef Team.
10. Build The recipe & application product Bank.
11. The Head Chef's ability to establish trust and credibility is the cornerstone of brand expansion
