Job Summary

Develop Affiliate Marketing sales channel in parallel with building the mixture model of GT & eCom sales.

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify and contact individuals with existing offline and online sales channels to recruit them as online sales agents for MCH.
  • Develop and implement a distribution & sales model for this online agent channel to ensure product availability for the market and consumers.
  • Manage the online sales agent system, including but not limited to: product supply, promotional programs based on MCH's policies, product display, organizing livestream sessions and/or posting product advertising videos on agents' personal pages with frequency and content directly instructed by MCH, and managing agents' regular order revenue.
  • Monitor the online sales agents' compliance with MCH policies such as the official product procurement policy from MCH, retail pricing and consumer promotion policies, sales channels to consumers, and payment processes.
  • Build and develop the capabilities of the agents through support such as: salary and bonus schemes, welfare policies, training, coaching, personal development, talent development schemes, motivation, rewards, and career advancement.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments in the e-commerce sales team to ensure consistency in operations and sales policies, information updates, and adherence to company regulations.
  • Maintain communication and collaboration with relevant functional departments in managing the agent system, such as the Sales Support department, Finance and Accounting department, Procurement department, Information Technology department, and Administration department.
