Job Summary
Compliance Supervisor – Food Safety & Hygiene is responsible for assessing and monitoring the compliance of Company and all Departments/Functions within MCH with applicable laws and internal policies related to Food Safety & Hygiene and relevant matters as assigned. This role also participates in the compliance policies development and training/ advising to improve the compliance awareness at MCH
Job Responsibilities
'1. Compliance Policy & Database Development
- Support Compliance Manager in developing compliance procedures to comply with legal requirements and internal policies, specifically in the field of food quality.
- Support Compliace Manager in setting-up the compliance databases in the field of food quality.
2. Monitoring and Evaluation
- Develop plans and checklists for ad-hoc and periodic internal compliance assessment related to food safety and hygiene.
- Identify and assess issues/ potential risks, and propose corrective action plans related to operational and administrative practices in the field of food quality.
- Monitor and update relevant legal regulations, industry standards, and internal policies concerning food safety and hygiene.
- Support and coordinate compliance controls in other fields as assigned by Compliance Manager.
- Track and verify follow-up actions and preventive measures taken by departments/units post-audit.
3. Advisory and Training
- Provide advice and recommendations to departments on compliance matters related to food quality and related operational issues.
- Support the relevant training programs.
4. Reporting
- Prepare ad-hoc and periodic assessment/ audit reports of assigned areas for Compliance Manager.
- Participate in developping Compliance reporting and feedback system.

Job Requirements:
- Education: University degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology or other relevant disciplines.
- Experience: At least 3–5 years of experience working in the field of food safety and hygiene at major companies, preferably in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry.
- English Proficiency: Ability to use English at work.
- Knowledge & Preferred Certifications: Strong understanding of food safety laws, hygiene regulations, and industry standards (e.g., HACCP, FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, GMP, BRCGS...).
