Job Summary

The Internal Security Specialist position is responsible for implementing internal security operations at Masan Consumer Corporation and its factories, collectively known as Masan Consumer

Job Responsibilities

    • Monitor CCTV system to promptly detect incidents/violations, issue alerts, take corrective actions, and minimize potential risks or losses.

    • Receive and handle camera-related incidents at different sites, provide technical guidance, and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution upon request.

    • Conduct thematic compliance checks by reviewing CCTV footage from each site to identify violations that may lead to asset loss (fraud, theft, etc.) or non-compliance with company policies and procedures (e.g., 5S, professional conduct, appearance standards).

    • Consolidate findings and prepare reports for management; send violation notices to sites for explanation/corrective action; track and update resolution status from sites.

    • Maintain and update CCTV layouts, system information, and relevant documentation for all sites.

    • Summarize and record all incidents occurring at sites on a daily basis.

    • Prepare weekly reports consolidating all incidents and cases occurring during the week.

Job Requirements

  • Education: College or university degree in Security Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields.

  • Experience: At least 1–2 years of experience in CCTV monitoring, security operations, or loss prevention in a corporate or retail environment.

  • Knowledge:

    • Understanding of CCTV systems, monitoring tools, and security incident handling.
