Job Summary
Comprehensive management and operation of Internal Security at Masan Consumer Corporation and its affiliated factories, collectively known as Masan Consumer Holdings (MCH)
Job Responsibilities

Administer the CCTV system and ensure stable, secure, and efficient operation of the CCTV Control Center.

Manage Control Center personnel, including scheduling shifts to maintain continuous operations and reallocating resources when incidents occur.

Coordinate and lead the resolution of camera incidents, particularly critical or major issues.

Oversee the upgrade and renovation of existing CCTV systems across operational sites to ensure system standardization and consistency.

Review and validate camera layout designs for renovation and new construction projects under MCH.

Conduct acceptance testing and handover of CCTV systems at renovation and new construction projects.

Provide guidance and technical support to contractors and technicians during camera installation or troubleshooting.

Prepare and submit weekly reports to the Head of Security and the Security Director of MCH on overall Control Center activities.

Consolidate and submit monthly reports on operational error handling and corrective actions across sites, updating management on Control Center performance.

Research and propose innovative solutions for system improvement and operational effectiveness.

Collaborate with department leaders to receive, prioritize, and execute assigned tasks.

Administer system user accounts, including updating administrator credentials and assigning access rights to approved personnel.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Security Systems, or related field.

Proven experience in CCTV system administration and operations management.

Strong knowledge of surveillance systems, networking, and system security.

Experience in incident management, troubleshooting, and system upgrades.

Good leadership and people management skills, with ability to schedule and supervise shifts.

Ability to coordinate with contractors, project teams, and cross-functional departments.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
