- Market Analysis & innovating products: conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify opportunities, understand consumer trends, and stay ahead of the competition.
- Brand positioning & Brand communication: collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Route-to-market strategy & Performance Tracking: Design route-to-market for new innovation to drive growth; Monitor and evaluate the performance of our brand initiatives, analyzing key metrics and providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
- People development: mentor and coach to develop team members.
