Job Summary
The Admin Executive is responsible for ensuring the proper maintenance and efficient operation of office facilities and infrastructure. Support internal administrative activities and contribute to a safe, clean, and professional working environment.
Job Responsibilities
1. Procurement of Goods and Services
Purchase goods and services necessary for office operations, including maintenance materials and general supplies.
2. Maintenance and Repair
+ Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of office equipment and infrastructure.
+ Coordinate repairs in a timely manner to minimize interruptions to daily operations.
3. Facility Management
+ Supervise and monitor the condition and functionality of office facilities (air conditioning, water, electricity, etc.).
+ Collaborate with contractors and service providers when repairs or upgrades are required.
4. Internal Event Support
+ Assist with meeting room setup and logistical arrangements for internal events or team activities.
+ Ensure proper preparation and functionality of tools, devices, and materials before use.
5. Safety and Hygiene
+ Maintain workplace hygiene and comply with safety standards and procedures.
+ Take part in safety audits, cleaning supervision, and ensure readiness for emergency situations.
6. Other Tasks
Perform other duties as assigned by management or in line with job requirements.
Job Requirements:
College or university degree in Engineering, Construction, Interior Design, or relevant fields.
Experience in facility maintenance, supervising construction/repair tasks, or office administration.
