Job Responsibilities

POSM & GIFT

  • Acting as the focal point to coordinate with SM, Brand, MPO, and Suppliers in the development, production, transportation, and acceptance of POSM/GIFT.
  • Assisting the Line Manager in reporting and evaluating display effectiveness by category.
  • Demo extra POSM for launching, relaunching, and impressive displays at CIC & RTL
    (all channels).
  • Handling system inventory for Distributors (NPP).

AI & PLATFORM OPERATION

  • Coordinating with MCH/SM/Brand tech teams and AIV partners to train AI for product recognition, describing identification points for each SKU so AI can accurately grade Planograms (POG).
  • Connecting operations between Portal and Wincare.
  • Tracking AI operational performance: Response time, image quality, and quantity of photos taken.
  • Handling complaints related to AI image grading results.
    Checking and providing feedback on issues related to AI operations to keep Regional teams informed.

BUDGET  MANAGEMENT & DEVELOPMENT OF DISPLAY PROGRAMS

  • Tracking POSM production costs and actual display payments compared to the budget.
  • Grading displays for complaint cases on the Portal and providing feedback to the GT team.
  • Declaring AI image grading planograms by Region/Program.
  • Supporting the development and operation of display programs based on campaign focus (Product Launch, Impressive Display, etc.).
