Job Summary
This role is responsible for executing & particular focus on hands-on recruitment to attract talents to join the organization. This role involves working closely with HRBP & HMs to understand their staffing needs, sourcing and screening candidates, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process. The Talent Acquisition Executive will ensure a seamless candidate experience and contribute to the company’s growth by building a strong talent pipeline.
Job Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Understand departments’ personnel requirements and pro-actively provide recruitment services for diverse positions.
- Manage the company's end-to-end recruitment process with high service level.
- Recruiting and selection: generate a pool of potential and capable candidates for the organization's current and future recruitment needs.
- Develop strong recruitment networks, create talent mapping, and cultivate sources to enhance the recruitment database and establish a talent pipeline for the company.
Innovation & Report
- Integrate the latest recruitment technologies and tools.
- Utilize data analytics to measure and improve recruitment performance.
