Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our  team. Area Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations within a designated geographic area, ensuring achievement of sales targets, and managing a team of sales representatives.

Job Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies to expand customer base and achieve sales goals within the assigned territory.

Manage, lead, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team targets.

Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize sales efficiency and effectiveness.

Build strong relationships with key customers and distributors to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Train and develop sales team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.

Conduct regular market visits to understand market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

Coordinate with marketing and product development teams to ensure effective promotional campaigns and product launches.
