Job Summary
The General Accounting Supervisor is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial statements & tax reports, maintaining a secure and comprehensive documentation system. The requirements include a minimum of 5 years of general accounting experience, strong technical knowledge of accounting standards (VAS, IFRS), and proficiency in using leading accounting software like Oracle and SAP.
Job Responsibilities
Ensure that the financial statements are prepared in compliance with Vietnamese Accounting Standards/International Accounting Standards, tax regulations, and the company's Chart of Accounts (CoA).
Ensure the periodic closing of the GL module:
- Monitor the accounting transactions that arise, perform accounting entries, close the GL module, and prepare the financial statements for the Company in a timely manner.
- Ensure that all recorded journal entries have detailed supporting data, clear, reasonable, and valid documentation.
- Reconcile and verify the audit reports before issuing them, ensuring compliance with the stipulated deadlines.
- Provide input and suggestions to optimize the use of the ERP system in preparing financial reports and for review and control purposes.
Ensure that the tax reports are prepared completely, on time, and optimized for taxes:
- Have a thorough understanding of tax-related decrees and circulars.
- Correctly apply and optimize the tax regulations when preparing the reports.
- Prepare the tax reports within the stipulated deadlines.
- Support the tax advisory department in preparing the tax finalization data and directly explain to the tax audit team.
Systematically, securely, and confidentially store data, records, and legal documents as per legal requirements:
- Company legal files, contracts, and related documents
- Financial statements, audit reports, and tax reports
- Organize the data storage in a scientific manner to serve various reporting purposes, ensure comprehensive data storage on the network drives.

- Prepare specialized reports to serve the requirements of investors, banks, and other authorities.
- Participate in periodic inventory checks as per the Company's regulations.
- Contribute ideas for the development and improvement of the department and team.
